Three kinds of experience that meet in every engagement

  1. 01I have worked in the automotive industry for 25 years, as a software developer, requirements engineer, business analyst and project manager. My focus is on processes, operations and systems integration: the points where a process is handed from one department, one system or one brand to the next.
  2. 02From project management I bring a sense for accountability, dependencies and reliable delivery, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). As a coach, I work with executives on communication, goals and self-leadership.
  3. 03Since May 2026 I have been building and running an AI operating system under Dionics, in which AI agents build and review 77 software projects, along with a platform for teams of AI agents in sales, order-to-cash and marketing. My recommendations on AI are based on this operation, including its costs and errors.

Career

25 years in the automotive industry, four roles. Each one shapes how I approach processes and their automation today. They are complemented by qualifications as PMP®, PSM, trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and High Performance Coach.

    How systems are built, where they reach their limits and what a change in the code really involves.

    Requirements Engineer

    Describing requirements so that the business and development mean the same thing. The acceptance criteria that AI agents receive today come from here.

    Business Analyst

    Mapping and modelling processes between departments and systems, together with the people who run them.

    Project Manager

    Steering projects, making dependencies visible early and preparing decisions. Certified PMP® and PSM.

    Certification for agile collaboration with Scrum: roles, cadence and transparency.

  • Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

    Licensed trainer. Training in communication, goal setting and self-leadership for specialists and executives.

  • High Performance Coach

    Coaching for people who decide and lead under heavy responsibility.
